Job Description

Our Client is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant for a contract engagement.

Start: May/June 2023
End: January 2024
Duration: 8 – 9 months
Location: Remote

Role: Our client is currently implementing SAP SuccessFactors and needs additional resources on the functional team to assist with post-go-live support as well as troubleshooting and triaging issues. This resource will focus on reporting issues. The resource will be supporting the client and may be dealing with the systems integrator, as well.

Responsibilities – General:
  • Triage incoming incidents to appropriate higher level resources
  • Answer basic "how to" system questions/redirect to appropriate self-service resources
  • Analysis of incidents to look for underlying problems emerging from incidents
Responsibilities – Reporting
  • Answer complex "how to" reporting incidents from end-uses
  • Assist business SMEs with understanding existing report  incidents
  • Develop reports from backlog or to address new requirements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proficient in working with clients to develop reports and dealing with reporting issues and defects
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Applicant Tracking, Pension & Benefits modules is a benefit
  • Ability to quickly assess and analyze issues and incidents
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
