Our client is looking for an SAP Training Lead
Start Date:Â ASAP
End Date:Â February 2027 with Go-Live January 2027
Location:Â Cambridge
Work Arrangement:Â Hybrid 3 days per week in Cambridge office (NO FLEXIBILITY)
Candidate MUST have SAP S4 Hana implementation experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing the overall training strategy, processes, and procedures.
• Defining training roles, responsibilities, and ownership across the organization.
• Determining who requires training, what training is required, and how it will be delivered.
• Establishing training expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Creating a comprehensive training plan, including recorded training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Defining the responsibilities of key users, who will ultimately deliver the training across the business.
The client is looking for someone who can build and implement the complete training program from the ground up.
