Responsibilities & Qualifications
- The Functional Analyst is responsible for optimizing and supporting business processes.
- Assists with projects from design to implementation of SAP solutions and systems.
- Deals with requests and incidents from the logistics customer's portfolio, and works in collaboration with the project office.
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
- Propose, recommend and present value-added solutions.
- Configure and customize the SAP WM-LE module.
- Write functional specifications and pass them on to developers.
- Write, execute and document unit and acceptance test scripts.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in implementation and/or support as a functional analyst.
- Knowledge of SAP programming language and debugging (ABAP) & SAP Fiori environment.
Must have work authorization for Canada.
