Job Description
SCM Warehouse Operations Specialist/ SAP EWM/TM Super User

We are seeking a high-energy SAP EWM/TM Super User to bridge the gap between frontline warehouse operations and our technical system landscape. You will be the primary "go-to" expert for warehouse staff, ensuring that our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) tools are used to their full potential. You aren’t just a system user; you understand the physical reality of the warehouse floor and can pinpoint exactly why a process might be failing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for all EWM and TM issues. You will perform root-cause analysis to determine if a snag is a Process failure (e.g., incorrect workflow), a Data issue (e.g., master data errors or IDoc hangs), or a System bug (e.g., software glitch).
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Work directly with  Business and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex system process or integration issues.
  • Knowledge Champion: Create and maintain user-friendly SOPs, training manuals, and "cheat sheets". You will lead hands-on, "over-the-shoulder" training for new hires and existing staff.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor warehouse activities via the Warehouse Management Monitor and SCM Dashboards to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Integration Support: Oversee the smooth flow of data between EWM and TM, including advanced shipping/receiving, freight order processing, and loading/unloading activities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Deep Warehouse Domain Knowledge: You must have significant experience in physical warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound flow, picking strategies, and inventory management.
  • SAP Super User Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SAP EWM (RF Framework, Warehouse Tasks, HU Management) and SAP TM (Freight Orders, Transportation Units).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical concepts such as IDocsqRFCs, and basic master data structures to assist in troubleshooting.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical jargon into simple, actionable instructions for warehouse operators.

What Success Looks Like
  • Reduced system-related downtime in the warehouse.
  • High data accuracy and minimal "hanging" transactions.
  • A warehouse team that feels confident and supported in using their digital tools.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
