Our NJ USA based Fashion industry client requires a Senior SAP S4HANA Project Manager Omni-Channel Sales (Retail-Fashion-eComm-Wholesale OTC) for a new S4HANA Implementation project.

Job Title: Senior SAP Project Manager -Omni-Channel Sales (Retail-eComm-Wholesale OTC)
Experience Level:
- Senior level experienced business transformation and information technology project manager
- 10+ years managing holistic project plan for significant scope in an SAP/ERP transformation program (or similar scope of business and IT scope) required
Skills Required (Essential):
- Ability to create, plan and manage the execution of an integrated project plan for the Omnichannel Sales Workstream (OTC) in an SAP S4 Fashion Transformation program
- Strong organizational, communication and attention to detail
- Ability and experience to work with several partners (SI's, business, technology) to plan and execute an integrated plan in Jira and SmartSheets, taking into account resource priorities and constraints to deliver to milestone timelines
- Work packages to plan and manage for the Omnichannel Workstream include: Business process design, SAP configuration and RICEF development, Non-SAP system integrations, data migration, security role design and build, system unit testing, integration test defect resolution prioritization, cutover planning input, Risk/Issue/Action/Dependency management (RAID), overall Omnichannel Sales team resource capacity management given approved scope and timeline.
Skills Required (Desirable):
- Strong collaboration skills with project team and team leaders
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Ability to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced ERP transformation program
- Ability to facilitate the execution of the project plan with team members participating in other continents (EU, Asia - including India)
- Ability to follow prime SI approach for the program to develop and deliver program plans for the Omnichannel Sales workstream
