Our national client requires a Senior SAP S4HANA Data Conversion Lead with experience in leading data conversion teams on SAP S4/HANA projects.
Experience managing the full data conversion lifecycle, including data migration, Migration cockpit, data profiling, data cleansing, data extraction/data construction, data transformation, data loading, and data validation from legacy to SAP (S/4 Hana Cloud Public Edition). Expertise utilizing SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), and various (standard and custom) data load mechanisms
Role: Senior SAP S4HANA Data Conversion Lead
Start: ASAP (February 27, 2023 preferred)
Duration: Initial 6 month contract/ w extension
Location: Remote with potential ADHOC travel
Key Attributes: MUST HAVE
· Experience leading data conversion teams on SAP projects, preferably on SAP S/4 projects
· Experience managing the full data conversion lifecycle, including data migration, Migration cockpit, data profiling, data cleansing, data extraction/data construction, data transformation, data loading, and data validation from legacy to SAP (S/4 Hana Cloud Public Edition).
· Expertise utilizing SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS), and various (standard and custom) data load mechanisms
· Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients daily
· The ability to effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
· Experience contributing to proposals and orals presentations
· An interest in staying abreast of SAP data conversion trends
· A forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on an adapts quickly to new challenges
· A strong work ethic, an ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease, and a high degree of professionalism to tackle evolving, challenging and diverse client needs.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, commerce, accounting, computer science, engineering, business, finance and/or other related major
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the SAP domain, including numerous years of hands-on data conversion experience, covering a minimum of 4 full-cycle project
