Our Global client is  hiring a SAP S4HANA FICO Functional Analyst, R2R- Record to Report 
You will own the  R2R process, act as the liaison/ translator  between the business, and 3rd party partners and  Internal process leads.  Collaboration is key. 
S&S is outsourced  this role will focus on Projects and  S4HANA Implementation 

Location: Preferred  is Loveland USA, , other locations are  Calgary/Saskatoon CAN  Onsite 5 day as a week

  • S4HANA

  • FICO with AR, GL/close 

  • Costing

  • Intercompany Evaluation and translation

  • Transfer Pricing

  • Asset Accounting is a plus 

  • AP is aplus 

  • SAP Certification is a plus 

  • 7-10 years experience 
  • MUST be very Hands on/ functional ownership 
  • S4HANA Implementation experience / S&S experience

  • Custom solution development experience 

  • Excellent communications skills, able to translate business requirements to technical solutions

  • Speak the business language 


What you will do:

  •  Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, system integrators in a project setting to ensure SAP solutions in the Record to Report area meet business requirements, achieve a high level of systems integration, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience
  • Specific activities of the role include requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, writing specifications, and configuration within an S/4 environment

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives

  • Determine optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives

  • Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements

  • Define and execute test plans, and/or review outcomes, to validate solution meets intent 

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum 7 years’ practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent

  • Experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration with SD, MM & PP. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger in MTO scenarios and FSCM although not mandatory would be considered a bonus.

  • Understanding of RICEFWs and ability to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.

  • Experience of working on OneSource is preferred.

  • Understanding of Acquire to Retire process in SAP and all integration points from Record to Report perspective.

  • Experience of coordinating with banks for AR & AP payment/collection automation solutions  EBS processing.

  • Effective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue.

  • Ability to work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff

  • Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users

  • Able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Results driven
