Job Description

Our client has a 8+ month requirement for a Senior SAP Service Management Consultant. Additional details below: 

Location: Dallas, Texas and Remote (~40% onsite)
Duration: 8 months + potential for extension
Project: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation/Global Rollout (currently in Explore phase)

Responsibilities:
  • Serve in a client-facing role, responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, then translating them into detailed design specifications.
  • Configure SAP Service Management (SM), ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with offshore teams to ensure smooth implementation and system integration, maintaining clear communication with onshore counterparts.
  • Support the ongoing implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service and assist in addressing any client-specific requirements or challenges that arise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Service Management (SM) or Customer Service (CS) module, with a proven track record in both implementation and support.
  • SAP Field Service Management and SAP Public Cloud experience is mandatory. SAP CRM experience is strongly preferred 
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, with a solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery models, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication with onshore teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
