Our Calgary based client has an immediate requirement for Senior SAP ECC Upgrade Project Managers for a 1 year contract

- Likelihood of renewal: High multi year program /Potential longer term opportunity in Contract to Hire role
- 20+ years of experience leading large, multi-stakeholder business focused application development IS projects;
- At least 5-10 years of SAP project management experience is required for this job.
- SAP Upgrade, enhancements, integration projects (ECC and associated SAP systems like Ariba, Concur etc) expereince.
- Rapidly learn new business processes and operating practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project planning and delivery;
- Self-starter, the successful candidate demonstrates strong accountability and pride of ownership to deliver quality solutions;
- Deliver Custom Development, and/or Application Integration projects using primary Iterative, Agile or Waterfall Project methodologies;
- Lead SOW development, participate in contract negotiations, and manage Vendors and materials delivery;
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Microsoft Project to plan and deliver projects
- Ability to communicate and influence decision making at executive and working levels, with demonstrated prioritization and conflict resolution experience;
- Advanced project management practical expertise across knowledge areas: scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk and procurement and integration management;
- University degree or equivalent in Commerce/Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science;
- Project Management Professional certificate (PMP) or equivalent experience;
- PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Master would be considered an asset.
- Industry experience: Transportation/Rail is a plus
