Highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
Possess an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including advanced features and capabilities.
Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex and largescale ServiceNow projects.
Proficient in advanced customization techniques, performance optimization, and platform governance.
Expert developers often have specialized knowledge in multiple ServiceNow modules and domains
Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met regarding coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
Develop enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience developing in the ServiceNow platform
Must be able to script using JavaScript and PowerShell
Must have previous experience with CMDB and ITAM.
Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation
Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
