Our client has a requirement for ServiceNow Solutions Architects. Duration of the contract (start and end date): 02/09/26 to 7/31/2026 Client Location: Ottawa Work Model: Hybrid; Must be located in Canada Additional info: 40 hrs per week Job description: The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to sustainment a migration to ServiceNow CSM. Technical Skills:
ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM (CSM Mandatory).
Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration of ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., LDAP, SSO, third-party apps).
Configuration and Customization: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, workflows, and client/server scripts.
Architecture & Design: Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Data Management: Understanding of data modelling, import sets, Transform Maps, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) best practices.
Cloud and Security: Knowledge of cloud computing models, security protocols, and compliance frameworks relevant to ServiceNow environments.
Professional Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in CSM)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred or considered an advanced credential)
In addition: Resources should have a reliability clearance or at least 5 years living in Canada without leaving the country for more than 6 months.
