Technical Skills:

Experience with designing and implementing scalable solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards is essential. Familiarity with cloud computing models and security protocols, as well as understanding compliance frameworks relevant to ServiceNow environments, is also important.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or ITIL is beneficial, and holding an ITIL certification is considered an asset.
Professional Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
