Qualifications:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

12+ years specialized in IT Software and Business Process/Continuous Improvement
Proven experience with use case and ‘day in the life’ test scenario development
Exceptional skills in effectively managing multiple tasks, often under pressure and within rigid time constraints

Responsibilities:
Provide QA guidance and expertise to the team
Contribute to creation QA documentation and set up of QA systems
Successfully engage, drive and facilitate QA initiatives and deliverables simultaneously
Work independently with users to execute QA procedures under direction of the project manager
Collaborate with project team members including subject matter experts to establish the QA plan
Be the QA liaison between the project team, technology team and operational support team
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze issues, contribute to solutions and deliver artifacts to support the QA plan
