Our client is looking for a local based Sr Project Manager for a hybrid mandate.

Looking for a senior PM (10+ years of experience).

In addition to ERP projects, the candidate's experiences must also cover experiences in; Data Strategy - Commerce Automation.

The ideal candidate will be based in Montreal and will be required to come to the office 2 days a week as needed.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and implementing ERP systems, managing large and complex IT software implementations, and overseeing software upgrades.

This role requires extensive experience in a large corporate environment within the manufacturing sector, utilizing predominantly waterfall methodology. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementations and other large-scale IT projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT staff, and external vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Oversee software upgrades and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
