Our client has a requirement for a Success Factors Talent Development SME
Start Date: December 9, 2024
Duration: 12-month contract 
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or related field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent development administration
  • Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors and CDP implementations considered an asset
  • Located in Calgary with the ability to travel and work in downtown office.
  • Oil and Gas (or related) industry experience (1-2 years) an asset.
  • Ability to organize work and prioritize in a fast-paced/project focused environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative to improve business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate across a diverse group of individuals at various levels within the organization.
  • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and drive towards deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management including program build, competency-based assessments, user administration, data requirements, and issue resolution.
  • Communication skills to be able to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
In addition to the design, and working within an established and robust Project team, you will also be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the Business Processes are finalized and approved.
  • Facilitating the design & build of all CDP modules in partnership with the functional consultants as the main subject matter expert.
  • Building the test scenarios required for functional unit testing and completing all tests required to verify build and configuration.
  • Working with our Organizational Change Management (“OCM”) team to develop the business engagement strategy for your area, ensure change items are identified, and a communication plan is in place.
  • Working with the Training team to develop and help implement the training for a successful go-live.
  • Ensuring all data requirements are met for your modules.
  • Working with the testing team to support the definition of System Integrated Testing (“SIT”) and User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) scripts and testing.
  • Working with the rest of the Project team to ensure your modules are successfully being implemented.
  • Partnership with your Project Manager and Business Process Lead.
  • Additional Project support in other modules as required.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada
