Job Description

Our Client has a requirement for a SuccessFactors Consultant, HR Employee Central and Role Based Permissions
Start Date: July 15, 2024
End Date: October 3, 2024
Location: Calgary MTS/Remote delivery 
Consultant can be based in CAN or the US 


What you will bring:
  • 7+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules especially in Employee Central and Role Based Permissions
  • Additional knowledge and experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules like Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Performance and Goal Management, LMS, Success and Career Development are desirable
    Certifications in one or multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules is required
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate
  • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems by providing detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations
  • As part of the ITHR team, you will support configuration and best practices through your knowledge of SuccessFactors and HR processes.
What you will do:
  • Develop a strong understanding of and analyzes business requirements and objectives
    develop system configurations to satisfy business reporting needs
  • Perform system configurations to satisfy business requirements and deliver the goals of the HR projects
  • Identify, analyze issues with in-depth evaluation of identify root cause and propose alternate options to solve complex business problems
  • Conduct current state assessments, evaluate assessment results, and present findings including pros n cons in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Audit and validate data within HR systems. Perform fit gap analyses to determine initiatives and build out roadmaps to address identified gaps focused on communication plans, governance structures
  • Develop best practices in Role based permissions that ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage the Role Based Permission (RBP) related day to day operational tasks in SuccessFactors, such as user administration, manage roles and groups configuration in multiple SuccessFactors instances
  • Work closely with Technical Leads, Functional leads, business SMEs
    Manage project specific activities and proactively address them to meet project timelines and schedule.
  • Maintain RBP reports and configuration workbook
  • Support multiple projects concurrently including different iterations of testing, project Go-Lives, emergency access provisioning and Hypercare
  • Participate in testing new releases to recognize and identify related enhancements and changes
  • Identify risks that exist in the current environment and proposes solutions
  • Coordinate product support activities which involve assignment of issues, issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs
Must have Work Authorization for Canada or the USA.
