Overview of the role: Seeking an experienced TPM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) transformation within the organization.
This role is accountable for defining and governing the end to end solution architecture across TPM, ERP, and analytics platforms to enable scalable, integrated, and business aligned capabilities supporting trade promotion planning, execution, pricing, rebates, and deductions.
The Solution Architect will act as the technical and architectural authority, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, system integrators, and vendors to ensure successful implementation and long term sustainability of the solution landscape. Qualifications: Experience
10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, preferably within CPG or FMCG.
Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) platforms (e.g., Vistex, or similar).
Strong TPM experience (e.g., Vistex, SAP TPM) with customer centric process design.
Proven experience integrating TPM and ERP systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA required).
Technical & Functional Skills
Deep understanding of CPG trade processes: promotions, pricing, rebates, deductions, and accruals.
Strong integration architecture knowledge (APIs, middleware, batch vs real-time).
Experience with data models, reporting, and analytics related to trade spend.
Familiarity with SAP SD, FI, pricing, and order-to-cash processes is a strong asset.
Leadership & Communication
Ability to influence without authority and guide cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
Experience working with vendors, SIs, and internal delivery teams.
