Description
Contributes to defining training strategy, curriculum, and content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Ensures training materials are high-quality, up to date, and tailored to each business function’s needs.
Facilitates or supports virtual and in-person training sessions and maintains content consistency in the LMS.
Reviews and validates French translations to ensure technical accuracy and alignment.
Brings 5+ years of experience in training design and content management, proficient in e-learning tools, and fully bilingual (English/French).
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
