Job Description

Our Client requires a SAP SuccessFactors Global EC Benefits Lead  - with Canada country requirements experience. A consultant  who has the necessary Assessment experience to facilitate client discussions with the objective of defining business processes, gathering requirements, and performing a fit/gap assessment based on solution capabilities. 

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Global EC Benefits Lead  -Canada 
Start: Jan 2026
End:   April 2026
Duration: initially 3 months/ Assessment 
Location:  Calgary Hybrid – Some travel required for workshops.
Works hours – MT

Requirements   

  • Min 10+ year experience in SAP SF

  • Implementation experience in SF EC Global Benefits

  • Solution Lead experience 

  • Canadian  ‘localization/ country requirements’  experience. 

  • Assessment experience/ requirement gathering, fit gap, client facing workshops. 

  • Define business processes, gathering requirements, and performing a fit/gap assessment based on solution capabilities

  • Strong Communication skills - experience to facilitate client discussions

  • Project experience migrating from  ECC to SF
