Our client requires a senior SAP SuccessFactors Mexico EC- Employee Central Lead for an implementation project. MUST have an understanding of and experience with Mexico- country specific requirements.

Location: Canada or Mexico based. Largely Remote delivery. Some travel maybe required

Requirements
- Min 10+ years’ experience in SAP SF-SuccessFactors
- Implementation experience in SuccessFactors EC - Employee Central
- Solution Lead experience
- Mexico 'Localization/ country requirements’ experience is required
- Assessment experience/ requirement gathering, fit gap, client facing workshops.
- Strong communication skills
- Project experience migrating from ECC to SF
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
