Our client is looking for a UKG Dimensions Business Analyst for a 12 month hybrid mandate.

Candidate must be based in GMA.

Start date is now, 12 month duration, 1-2 days onsite in downtown Montreal.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on UKG Dimensions.

Merger Experience: Proven experience in large merger consolidations within the manufacturing sector.

Unionized Environment: Strong understanding of working in a unionized environment with collective bargaining agreements.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in UKG Dimensions, data migration, and system integration.

Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Bilingual: Proficiency in English and French is preferred.
 
Certifications: Relevant certifications in UKG Dimensions or related fields.

Project Management: Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Senior (Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst)


Responsibilities

Work closely HR, IT, and operations teams, to gather requirements and document solutions that align with business objectives.
Analyze current WFM configurations and workflows to replicate functionality in UKG Dimensions. Update configuration workbooks.
Configure UKG Dimensions to meet business and IT requirements.
Facilitate HR and IT integration discussions to ensure common understanding and accurate data migration.
Navigate the complexities of a unionized environment, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the completed solution.
Develop reports and documentation to meet business requirements.


Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
