This is for a 19 month contract onsite in Regina, Sask.

Mandatory Experience:
This position is for an IT project manager on an agile project to implement a cloud SaaS solution for our contact centre. The candidate will require the following:
-Significant IT project experience as a project manager
-Experience with Agile project methodologies
-Experience delivering cloud SaaS solutions including vendor coordination and integration with enterprise systems
-Experience working with contact centre or customer service environments
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to manage business and technical stakeholders through change, adoption and operational readiness in a customer-facing environment
Desired Experience
-Experience with contact centre technology projects
-Knowledge of systems like telephony, IVR, workforce management or CRM integrations
-Experience with Azure DevOps
-Familiarity with cloud and SaaS solutions
Deliverables:
To oversee and carry out all aspects of PM related tasks for assigned projects.
