Expériences et compétences

• Solide expérience préalable dans la gestion de relations stratégiques avec les clients tout en fournissant un travail de haute qualité sur plusieurs projets clients
• Solide expérience préalable dans la direction de la mise en œuvre de modules SAP Manufacturing et chaîne d'approvisionnement tels que la planification de production, la gestion des matériaux, la gestion d'entrepôt et SAP IBP
• Expérience préalable dans la direction d'une équipe fonctionnelle de consultants à toutes les phases d'un projet de mise en œuvre
• Expérience avérée dans la capacité d'intégrer des exigences complexes et divergentes dans une conception de solution SAP simple, intuitive et réussie
• Expérience avérée dans le développement d'architectures de solutions utilisant les technologies SAP pour permettre aux clients les processus métier

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, product delivery, or related technical roles, including atleast 3–5 years in a leadership, supervisory, or management capacity
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary software engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience implementing agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and best practices to drive product quality and team efficiency.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, as well as ensuring adherence to relevant compliance standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to optimize product value and support organizational goals.
• Proficiency in tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive ongoing process enhancements.
• SAP experience, 5+ years total; at least 3 years as a Manager
• Finance (FICO) experience/knowledge is preferred; SCM, BW, BPC is nice to have. EAM is an asset.
• SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba experience is an asset.
• Managed SAP implementations and/or sustainment operations; the ideal candidate has done both
• SAP ECC and S/4 experience.
• Must bring good energy and gumption to the team; Drive people to get things done.

• Lead SAP Finance Application Management
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP FICO and related modules (MM, SD, PM, PS).
• Ensure system reliability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.

• Project Delivery & Process Optimization
• Drive SAP-related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Governance & Compliance
• Manage application changes following Change Management principles, including transport management.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and IT General Controls.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for application support and enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and influencing adoption of best practices.
• Service Delivery & Reporting
• Monitor service performance, SLAs, and user satisfaction; implement improvement plans.
• Prepare and analyze service delivery metrics and financial reports.

• • 5+ years managing SAP enterprise applications, with hands-on experience in FICO configuration and integration.
  • Proven track record in SAP project implementation and support.
  • Familiarity with MM, SD, PM, PS, and SuccessFactors is an asset.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Ability to prepare RFPs/RFIs and manage external service providers.
  • Knowledge of G-Suite and proficiency in Spanish is an asset.

• • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • SAP Certification in Finance or related modules preferred.
  • ITIL certification is an advantage.

• Provide remote/on-site functional consulting services to customers implementing pricing products and solutions.
• Attend tickets assigned on-time/low cost solution applying the defined quality/best practices standards.
• Conduct workshops to Gather and Document Business Requirements into a Blueprint.
• Identify and document all required Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and/or Workflow (FRICEW) for development during the Realization Phase of the project.
• Execute Configuration of Pricing Solutions.
• Support Integration testing by providing expertise & defect resolution. Support Post Go-live activities such as critical care support, and knowledge transfer.
• Get a clear understanding of Pricing software functionality and map customer business requirements to the solution.
• Perform quality assurance on the system built for the customer.
• Prepare and provide documentation to the customer for system support.  

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years of SAP experience is a must 
• Knowledge/experience in SD pricing, OTC and Finance areas are preferred.
• Participated in multiple lifecycle SAP implementations
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Pricing knowledge or implementation experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines.
